Q. Where will my items ship from ?
A. All items are warehoused and dispatched from Auckland.

Q. Can i collect my order?
A. No, we are a complete online store and have no retail facility.

Q. What courier company do your use ?
A. We use both a combination of Courier Post, New Zealand Couriers and Fast Way Couriers

Q. Can you deliver outside of New Zealand ?
A. No, Shipping is only available to NZ addresses.

Q. Can you deliver to Rural Addresses ?
A. Yes, This is not a problems as long as all correct information is provided.

Q. Can I get my items sent to a PO Box Address
A. No, our couriers require a residential or business address

Q. Will i get the same products that i see in the pictures ?
A. Yes, our pictures are of the actual products on sale.

Q. How do i pay for my item ?
A. We accept credit card payments via PayPal's secure payment engine.

Q. What happens if an item i buy is damaged by the courier or faulty ?
A. Replacements are provided once damaged or faulty goods are returned to us. You can contact us either via the "Contact Us" page or replying to our dispatch
notification email.
